phil Shelley
After five years in the Army, Phil spent 25 years in the banking world, where he helped companies grow and develop. Since that he has focused on working with founders to build various new companies in the tech world. He is an experienced Chairman, with a strong financial background.
Phil is a passionate believer that innov8 Workshops can really make a difference to children who struggle with mainstream education. We want to help them achieve the best they can, and everything we do is designed to make that happen.
Nigel Gambier
Nigel is an Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineer and a keen explorer of the world in his vintage car. In 1990 he founded, and was the CEO of, Willis & Gambier, a market-leading furniture company, which he sold in 2006.
Nigel was previously a trustee of St Nicholas Hospice in Bury St Edmunds, but decided to change tack and concentrate his energy on the wellbeing of people at the start of their lives. He was thrilled to join innov8 Workshops as a trustee, and is keen to see the charity expand regionally and continue its wonderful work helping vulnerable and excluded children back into mainstream society.
