Innov8 Workshops is a wellbeing and vocational skills provider, helping 11-18 year old young people who are finding life a challenge.
We use vocational experiences, combined with 1:1 mentoring and the Theory of Self Determination & Motivation, to achieve positive outcomes and improve those young people’s prospects in life.
Our ethos is non-institutional, and our vocational courses are run in high quality, well equipped workshops in our provision near Bury St Edmunds.
Innov8 Workshops offers vocational courses with clear ambitions
Our ambition for each of the young people we work with is to achieve one, or more, of the following outcomes:
- Improved wellbeing
- To find, and get good at, a vocational skill
- Improved self-regulation
- A return to school
- To stay in school
- Go to college

We have worked hard to ensure all our workshops are of the highest quality. They are equipped to match the imagination of our young people and build interest and capabilities that can improve their prospects in life.
Our students use a cloud based platform to share their work with their families and carers to help build feelings of success and build relationships.
